# Name of Examination Age Limit Education Qualification
1 RRB NTPC 18 - 32 years. Along with the basic qualification of Graduation Degree from a recognized University, some posts of NTPC also require Typing Proficiency Skills.
2 RRB Assistant Loco Pilot 18-30 years. Diploma in engineering is also eligible and should have completed minimum 10th standard from recognized board.
3 RRB Junior Engineer 18-25 years Four years Bachelor’s concerned Degree
4 RRB Senior Section Engineer 20- 34 years. Four years Bachelor’s concerned Degree
5 Group D (RRB&RRC) 18 years to 33 years. Class 10th or ITI or its equivalent qualification from the recognized board or institute.

Quantitative Aptitude

BODMAS Rule, Fractions, Approximate Value, Surds & Indices, Problems on Simple Interest, Problems on Compound Interest, Installments,Percentage, Problems on Ratios, Problems on Compound Ratio, Direct/Indirect Proportions, Problems on Average, Problems on Boats, Train, Problems on Relative Speeds, Problems on Profit/Loss, Dishonest/Successive Dealings, Partnerships, Finding Missing/Wrong Term, Problems on Plane Figures: Square, Rectangle, Circle, Problems on Work Efficiency Problems on Wages Problems on Pipes, a mixture from two or more entries/mixtures, etc. Idioms and Phrases, Indirect and Direct Speech, Translation of Sentences, Grammar, Vocabulary, Cloze test, Precise Writing, Usage of Words, Parts of Speech, Comprehension, Fill in the blanks etc.

Others Tests

Physical Measurement Test (PMT) / Endurance Test (ET) / Physical Efficiency test (PET) • PMT and ET are of qualifying nature. Ex-servicemen, EX-CPMF and Serving persons who are going to retire within one year are exempted from PMT. PET has maximum of 15 marks. • Departmental candidates are exempted from PMT and PET. Endurance Test is of qualifying nature.

Viva-Voce

• Viva will be conducted for 10marks.

Special Marks

• 5 marks (for NCC/NSS/Sports) • 5 marks (for Medals in National Police Duty Meet)
