Teacher Eligibility test is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for their appointment as teacher in state government schools. This exams are conducted by state governments or authorities.
ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates should be of minimum 18 years of age (There is no upper age limit for TET exams)
- Candidates should be class 12 passed or a graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of 45 percent marks
- Candidates should have obtained a Diploma in Education or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or completed any other prescribed teacher training programme/ course.
